Provide an itemized list of expenses ((i.e. “500 flyers to publicize event,” “coffee, tea, and bagels for attendees," including the expected vendor for each item and estimated cost). Please specify what GSAC funds will be used for with an *, keeping in mind that SIG funding may not be used for speakers' honorarium, airfare, lodging or any travel fees, and remember that proposals that use GSAC funding for necessary/important aspects of events/projects will be given priority.
