How to Participate

Any form of involvement in the Arts and Sciences Graduate Council is very welcome. In order to participate in ASGC, you must be a currently registered student in an Arts & Sciences graduate program. To participate, you could:

1) Become a Department Representative.

2) Apply for our Executive Board. Positions typically last one year and are determined at the end of the academic year, though positions may become vacant during the year; check back consistently if interested.

3) Apply for positions in the University Senate. The Graduate School of Arts and Sciences elects three senators (one per division) and senator terms last two years.
